Welcome to Passenger Load View Screen
Congratulations, you've passed all the technical hurdles! Now, it's time to hop into the exciting part - adding your vehicle's loads, beginning with the occupants. Let's assure you, it's quite a straightforward task. On these Load View screens, you can list and manage your regular, occasional passengers, and even your adorable four-legged friends.
Let's Add Your Passengers!
Ready to add your passengers? Simply click the 'Add Passengers' button located at the bottom right. Here, you'll be able to enter each passenger's name, their estimated weight, any personal notes, and their location in the vehicle. Whether they're in the front or back seats, or even in the boot or rear tray for your four legged friends, we've got you covered.
Note, you can also add a picture to each occupant. Just click the circle at the top and upload a photo!
The 'Exclude from Calculations' Toggle
This is where the 'Exclude from calculations' toggle comes in. With this handy feature, you can effortlessly add all your regular and occasional occupants and then switch them on or off in your calculations. A single flick of the toggle will instantly update all your calculations, letting you see the impact of adding or leaving behind passengers. As simple as flipping a switch!
Optimise Your Viewing Experience
You're in control of how you want to view these screens. If you're using your phone in portrait mode, you'll see the basic details due to screen size limitations. However, switch to landscape or view it on a larger device, and you'll have the full picture – the weight of each occupant and the nett weight effect on both the front and rear axles.
Quick Note:
For phone users, tap on any entry to see a summary view that breaks down the load distribution on the axles, along with any other relevant data for that entry. It's a nifty little feature designed to give you the best user experience.
Moving Forward
Once you've made sure everyone's been added, just hit the 'Continue Onboarding' button located at the bottom of the screen.
Stay tuned as we walk through the process for adding loads to your vehicle.
